Katie is 14 today! Is that hard to believe or what? Thankful that she is our daughter.

Anna was kind of sleepy during that first 2 weeks, so we saw her sleeping a lot. Nothing like staring for hours at your adorable new sleeping grandbaby.

And when she was awake, she was fully alert and awake. So darling!
She was very relaxed in her swing.

Grandma just kept propping her up in the corner of the couch for photos. Poor baby! She was a very good sport about it all.

Today I wrote my annual letter to the judge to give him a progress report on how the girls year went and why they still need to be in our care. I always feel very emotional after writing this letter. We went to Eugene yesterday so the girls could see their birth parents and grandparents.
